Three developments in Melbourne and Sydney to launch for sale in Singapore; prices from A$705,000

Apartments at 3 new developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– are going to be released for sale to Singapore customers throughout the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, said Savills Singapore. Cavallo stands in Melbourne, whilst Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington reside in Sydney.
The Kensington is 2 mins away on foot from Kensington Terminal, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Light Rail connection. The property is also nearby significant wellness and universities, covering the University of New South Wales.
The property development is approximately a six-minute walking away from the St Leonards train station, providing citizens public transport connectivity to the CBD.
