Frasers Property are going to be mutually establishing a 5.15 ha mixed-use site in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, with Malaysian developer Tan & Tan Developments Berhad.
The site will be established in 2 phases, with the initial phase presenting non commercial developments together with retail space and a park. Designed for families and working specialists, the homes are expected to be launched for sale next year.
