The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious

Properties following hospitality-led work environment contractor The Great Room– extending Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– are going to run under the Industrious company, effective July 1.

The Great Room currently operates seven locations in Singapore, consisting of offices at One George Street in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.

” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the similar belief that work need to feel human,” says Su Anne Mi, managing supervisor for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That philosophy is what specified The Great Room throughout Apac, and it continues under the Industrious brand.”

The Great Room also presently runs two areas in Sydney, Australia; two in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.

The step will merge Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) areas, formerly managing under The Great Room, into its global network, the business claimed in a June 17 release.

The rebrand comes four years after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– acquired homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE acquired complete control of Industrious in January 2025.

The three brand-new areas slated to start in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Roadway, Shaw Tower on Beach Road, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.

Laborious plans to broaden its Apac portfolio by greater than 50% over the next year, involving the launching of three brand-new areas in Singapore this year. The pipeline belongs to a wider global development, with the firm aiming to open up more than 60 new locations worldwide in 2026.

” Creating a solo global brand combines our team and members all over the primary values that have always defined us: premium hospitality, attractive layout, and a true feeling of belonging,” includes Gentry Long, head of state of Industrious.
