Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad

Situated inside a mixed-use property, the 96-room lodging includes an all-day dining place with a bar, and more than 10,000 sq ft of gathering and function area. The property is adjacent to Grade A workplace and retail channels, with access to primary business districts through the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long expressway circling around Hyderabad.

In India, the firm has partnered with Fairmont Group, a property company based in the city, to introduce Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the company’s initial hotel in Hyderabad.

International hospitality giant Hilton has already introduced the signings of two new Hilton Garden Inn real estates across Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– which will both open in 2028.

Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to include a all-day dining restaurant, cafe and lobby, health and fitness facility, swimming pool, spa and sauna amenities. It is near nearby amenities like Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.

Hilton Garden Inn is the business’s high end brand that gives economical lodgings with increased amenities. The label has around 40 trading accommodations in Apac.

The hotel is South Korea’s subsequent Hilton Garden Inn, with the very first being a 208-key business in Gangnam, Seoul, that opened in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to add to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.

Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s 3rd Hilton hotel, after the most recently opened 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter will have 304 guestrooms and suites.

In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton signed an operation contract with South Korean F&B manufacturing business MS&C Co, to release Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.

The 111-key hotel is going to be element of a bigger mixed-use project, and is well-positioned to benefit from Busan’s developing profile as a leisure, health and medical tourism hub, states Hilton. The city is targetting to welcome 100,000 foreign medical visitors annually by 2030.
